Emerging Innovations in Radical Chemistry, Bioconjugation & Catalytic/Polymeric Nanomaterials

This seminar focuses on exploring innovative solutions to important biological questions through the application of organic and synthetic chemistry. Dr. André Shamsabadi will showcase the development and application of novel methodologies in radical chemistry, as well as the design and optimization of various chemical tools, ranging from chemoselective bioconjugation reagents with orthogonal ‘click’ handles to enzyme-mimicking nanocatalysts and polymeric drug carriers.
