Graduate students who present a paper or poster at a scientific event are eligible to apply for travel support once a year. The travel fund applications are evaluated based on the academic success of the students.
The event must take place while the student is enrolled full-time in a graduate degree program.

The application must be submitted prior to the conference, a minimum of one month in advance of the travel date.
Students must apply with the following documents to the Graduate School of Sciences and Engineering:
Decisions for funding will be announced within 10 days of the submission application.
Applications for reimbursement will be accepted only after travel is completed.
Eligible expenses may include:
Students must submit original, itemized, and dated receipts for all expenses. For air travel, original or e-tickets with passenger itinerary/receipt and original boarding passes issued are required.
