The IEEE Türkiye Ph.D. Thesis Award December 27, 2017
Seyhan Uçar (Computer Science and Engineering, Ph.D., 2017) was awarded the IEEE Türkiye Ph.D. Thesis Award, to which many applications are made and nominated. The selection committee was formed by 13 faculty members from eight different universities.
